| Bio: |  Character Name: Edward Anthony Mason Cullen PB: Gaspard Ulliel Age: 17 Physical Description: Edward is pale, as he is a vampire. His bone structure is very prominent, and his eyes change from dark brown to golden (depending on how well-fed he is). His hair is coppery-brown and slightly disheveled most of the time. As he was changed as a teenager, he isn't overly large. However, he is rock solid and completely ripped. Personality: Edward is a quiet man, though will speak his mind to those closest to him. With Bella, he is almost completely relaxed and at peace. Having the ability to read the thoughts of those nearest him, he generally is quick on his feet with responses and wit. He can be quite charming when he wishes, and just as lethal when angered. He is very calm and collected, and a bit of sadness always seems to emminate from him. A natural born leader, others tend to go to Edward for advice. Brief History: Edward was a human until he was 17, when his mother died of influenza. Dr. Carlisle Cullen then changed Edward into a vampire and they were companions for several years. At first, Edward could not drink animals' blood (as was Carlisle's way) and lived alone for ten years. Due to his ability to read minds, he would intentionally kill evil-doers. Eventually, however, he saw the error of his ways and returned to his 'father'. Edward and his family (which now consisted of a Alice, Jasper, Rosalie, Esme, and Emmett) moved to Forks, Washington to continue in their human facade. All was well and good until Bella Swan came to town. Her blood smelled like heaven to him, and he wanted so badly to have a taste. But he resisted and eventually trained himself not to inhale her scent when near her. He and Bella became friends, though it was obvious Bella wanted more. Numerous times he found himself following her to ensure her safety (as she was the most accident-prone human he had ever known), and eventually revealed himself to her. They fell in love and decided to be together, no matter their differences. Edward ended up saving Bella several times, but when his 'brother' Jasper almost killed her - he knew he had to leave. He ran away from her, leaving her to her own devices. He traveled through Mexico, and Alaska, alone and depressed. When his sister Alice told him she had seen Bella's death, Edward went to the Vulturi because he wanted to die. They would not kill him, however, since he was gifted as they were. He then decided to reveal himself in the daylight, which would make the Vulturi kill him. Bella, however, saved him from such a fate, and together, they went home. He never left her after that. He ended up killing another vampire, Victoria, in front of Bella. However, even though the event is graphic, Bella told Edward she wanted to be a vampire nonetheless. Eventually, Edward will change Bella and marry her. | |||||||||
